These terms apply to the Zenia Society website and app, provided by Zeniapex India Private Limited. By using Zenia you agree to them.

1. The service

Zenia helps housing societies record collections, expenses and other society activity and share them with residents. Festival drives and the public ledger are free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly beforehand — nothing is charged without your society agreeing to it.

2. Your society's responsibilities

• The committee is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters and the decisions it makes from them.
• Only add residents' details your society is entitled to keep, and tell residents their details are on Zenia.
• Keep sign-in PINs and passwords private, and remove access for people who leave the committee.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Zenia to break the law, upload harmful files, harass anyone, or try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend access that puts the service or other societies at risk.

4. Payments

UPI payments go directly from residents to the society's own UPI account through their UPI apps. Zenia does not hold or move money; it records what the society tells it.

5. Your data

Your society's records belong to your society. You can export them at any time. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

6. No warranty

We work hard to keep Zenia accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Keep your own exports of important records. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
