Zenia Society for Android
Your whole society in your pocket — collections, expenses, gate, housekeeping and the resident portal. Same as the website, plus phone alerts.
Install in three steps
- Tap Download the app on your Android phone.
- Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser, then tap Install.
- Open Zenia Society and sign in — residents with society code, flat and PIN (first time: the last 4 digits of your registered mobile); committee and staff with mobile number and PIN.
Already installed? Downloading again updates it — your sign-in is kept. If you installed a test version before 23 October 2026, uninstall it once first. iPhone: use the website in Safari for now.
What each person gets
- Committee & treasurer — collections with UPI, expenses with bills, approvals, statements and reports, from the phone.
- Guards — the visitor log, resident Allow / Deny answers as they come in, gate-pass scanning, staff attendance and SOS alarms.
- Cleaners & supervisors — today's jobs in Gujarati, Hindi or English, before/after photos, QR scanning and checks.
- Residents — allow or deny a visitor from the lock screen, raise complaints, see receipts and the society's live ledger.
Questions
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free for every society, with no per-flat charge — the same as the website.
Is it on Google Play?
It is on its way to Google Play. Until then, download it from this page; updates install the same way.
Which permissions does it ask for?
Notifications (visitor approvals, jobs and alerts) and the camera (photos for complaints and cleaning proof, and QR scanning). It does not read your contacts, location or files.
Do residents have to install it?
No. Residents can use everything in a phone browser. The app adds lock-screen visitor approvals and alerts.
