Built inside a housing society
Zenia started where most society problems start — in a festival committee, with a diary of cash, a WhatsApp group full of questions, and nobody quite sure where the money went.
What we believe
- Every rupee should be visible. Collections, expenses with their bills and the closing balance belong on one link any resident can open.
- Residents shouldn't need an app. The ledger, notices and receipts open in any phone browser. The app is there for people who want alerts.
- Committees change; records shouldn't vanish. Balances carry forward, with an audit trail of who did what.
- Your data is your society's. Export it any time — to Excel, CSV or PDF.
What Zenia does today
Festival drives (Ganesh Utsav, Navratri, Diwali and every other celebration) with UPI collection, prasad calendars and receipts; maintenance dues; expenses with bills; a public transparency ledger; notices, meetings and resolutions; a visitor gate; complaints and housekeeping with photo proof; and an Android app for committee, guards and residents.
Who builds it
Zenia Society is built and run by Zeniapex India Private Limited, in India. We are a small team that uses Zenia in our own society first.
